Transfers

2021

  • October 12: Any unit that is about to become empty due to a transfer or a resident moving out must be inspected for bed bugs with the dog. Any resident that is transferring must pay the $75.00 fee to run the dog through as a part of their transfer fee, and any resident that is moving out will have the $75.00 taken out of their equity and surcharge. If the dog alerts to bed bugs, the resident will have to pay for the treatment that is required by the Board of Trustees. If this happens for a transfer, the transfer cannot take place
