March 15: No one who lives in Fincastle can work for Fincastle unless they are hired as contract labor for less than $500 with a 1099 and a form on what work was done

October 27: The office manager has the right to tell a resident that they have to pay their operating expenses with money orders instead of checks if their check bounces 1 time. This can least for a period up to 12 months.

September 8: All employees receive up to $50 for their phone bills depending on the cost of their phones

August 21: An employee on the verge of a dismissal should hand over the Corporation keys to our property, be sent home, an emergency meeting called as soon as possible for a decision on whether the employee in question should be dismissed or given another chance

September 13: Any employee of Fincastle Heights who is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs while on duty (including employees on call) is subject to immediate termination

February 13: Employees would be given three days with pay when there was a death in the immediate family (mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, husband or wife)

September 27: If an employee is on standby duty on one of the six (6) official holidays, he will have one day added to his vacation

April 9: The Manager and one or more Board members will accompany the regular Inspection Committee each time a vacated apartment is inspected; that they take pictures, if needed, and set a charge for materials and labor, if needed, to put the apartment in order, which charge will be withheld from the member’s equity (October 2, 2020 rule supersedes some of parts of this rule)

April 9: As soon as an apartment becomes vacant, and as soon as the men are available to work on it, that any structural repairs, such as, walls, ceilings and floors, be made before the new tenant moves in, if possible, because the apartment would look better and sell faster
